From critical to all-embracing.

An idea is to catch our selves the minute we look and think critical and throw that evil eye (attitude) away. And see the totality of our selves, not small parts huge and ugly with a magnifying glass. if i look at my wrinkles all day I will be aware that i am not as young as i feel and not as pretty as I could feel. It is really destructive and silly to do so. i mean, who cares? who cares if it is a bump here and some wrinkles there? it is waste of time. It is not interesting at all. When we have a critical attitude everyone can see it and it is an attitude that includes everyone and everything. It makes others and our selves uncomfortable. It is just mean. And unneccesary.
