50 calories more

As I am losing weight I have been thinking: why not go down to 43 again? But why should I? I have for a few days added 50 calories to reduce the speed of losing weight even more so I may get used to having a bit more on and hopefully ditch the desire to lose more when/if I reach 46 or 47 kilos. I want that to be the limit. I don't want to stare down into the darkness of death once more like i did when I weighed 44 and 43. I have lost my period again. It is important to not lose too much because the thinner I get the thinner I want to be and the more control I lose.
