To be as small as possible is death if you think you are your body.

To be as small as possible you must forget your body and "yourself",  the picture of yourself, and love others, see them totally. Then you are love, not the little personality you see yourself as in this world. If you die before you understand this, because you identify yourself with the body, you will regret not being a person who loved others in this world when you come to the other side and see the truth. There is the freedom for you. Noone will refuse you when you love, cause noone refuse love. So just love. Don't refuse anything or anyone including the person you are in this world.
